Steps:
  • Provide weekly status updates to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Hold daily standups with implementation team
  • Hold monthly executive level meetings
  • Hold semi-monthly internal stakeholder meetings, as necessary
  • Meet with MFI Executive Champion weekly or bi-weekly to review project status
  • Initiate Awareness Programs to help educate and prepare MFI staff for pending rollout.
  • Oversees and manages all stages of the project
